The German Pavilion has been awarded the EXHIBITOR Magazine's Editor's Choice Award. During the virtual award ceremony on 16 March, Travis Stanton, Editor at EXHIBITOR Magazine, said: “Germany always turns out with exceptional pavilions. They are head and shoulders above.”
The German Pavilion has been praised for its interactivity, edutainment approach and “fascinating” exhibition design by EXHIBITOR Magazine. “I was amazed by the professionalism displayed”, Charles Pappas, a Senior Writer at the magazine, said. During a virtual award ceremony on Wednesday evening, the magazine editor announced the first place for Germany. In addition to the Editor’s Choice, the German Pavilion also received an Honourable Mention in the Best XL Pavilion Award category. The exhibition of CAMPUS GERMANY was developed by Cologne creative agency facts & fiction, the architecture was designed by LAVA – Laboratory for Visionary Architecture.
After the 2A Magazine Award for outstanding Expo pavilions, this is already the second award that the German Pavilion can adorn itself with. At the end of the month, the Expo umbrella organization BIE will present the final major BIE Awards. Here, too, the German Pavilion is hoping to make it into the top positions.
